Excellent location in TST. Nice and cosy room. Above standard breakfast. Executive Room includes afternoon tea, fine wines, evening cocktails, and canapés at The Langham Club.

The staff, especially April, made our stay special. On my daughter's birthday, she was surprised with a cake and card. Next time we come back, Langham will be our choice. Karaoke and casino lovers will enjoy the facilities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the staff was friendly, well-trained, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. the exclusive amenities like the rooftop pool and in-room breakfast were the perfect luxurious touch. the restaurant buffet was also exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the location was ideal for both shopping and exploring the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level in my room. Although it wasn't a major disturbance, I was expecting more soundproofing in this luxurious hotel.
